If you really want someone who knows the business then Chris with Southern Comfort Pros is the one you want⠦⠦He revealed that the A/C Coil that I had wasnâ t even the right one for a Mobile Homeâ ¦.his work was impeccable and he even did extra that the first guy I had over wasnâ t even going to address and we would have spent $700-$800 for a part that probably wouldnâ t even had solved the ice build up on the coil!!!!!! I had A/C the very next day from calling him and the first Company couldnâ t even tell me when the part was going to be deliveredâ ¦.I went five days without A/C and had I called Southern Comfort Pros first, I would have had A/C the next day!!!!! And believe me when I tell you, this old lady will tell you like it is and thatâ s what my wonderful family doesnâ t like about me ð 𠤣ð µð ». They say Iâ m opinionated⠦⠦..

Chris ruined my entire house by installing the inside coil improperly on purpose! My insurance company wont pay sh** to fix it. Beware of Chris. I promise you are better off without heat/air than to go through what I am going through. Just remember I told you so. You have been warned.

Was on time for their appointment. Friendly professional service. It is a great experience to find someone that you can depend on. I will use Southern Comfort Pros for all my A/C servicing. I will also use them for my Oil Burner servicing. I am glad that I found someone that knows how to run a business. Thank you Chris, from Southern Comfort Pros!

Quick response and showed up as scheduled. They were very efficient and thorough and let us know of future potential problems we might have due to unit being 14 years old which gave us the option to go ahead and do some part replacements. Would definitely contact them again in the future.

Old unit went out. Cost to repair was not worth the investment. These guys came out and removed old unit and installed new unit the same day. Very informative and obviously experienced staff. Great experience. Price was way less than anyone else but the quality of service was not lost thank God! Havenâ t had one issue since they did the job! Will definitely use again.
