Silver Fern Services (Seath) is by far the best contractor I have dealt with in my 13 years in Taylorsville. His work ethic is exceptional. Simply put, Seath knows his stuff, does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it, how he says he is going to do it, for the price he says he is going to charge to do it! He was very thorough from the initial estimate all the way through project completion, always keeping me fully informed along the way. Whether it was finding the right colors for stamped concrete, ripping out 600 ft2 of pavers, installing the proper drainage, removing construction/concrete leftovers, protecting the lawn/landscaping, or completing the finishing touches on the stamped concrete patio/gate/ rock walkway, Seath went above and beyond. I know who I will hire for future projects and who I will definitely recommend to others, Silver Fern Services (Seath Nesdale)!!

He is steady, he is an excellent worker who does excellent work. His price are very reasonable.
