We are a locally family owned and operated modular home builder and remodeler with over 30 years home building experience. They made promises which they did not meet. I upgraded everything in the house which they confirmed would not be a problem. I paid extra for contractors to be brought in. They really didn't have anyone who was able to do these upgrades as they promised. Supposedly the brother was a craft man and was able to do most upgrades. He was a handyman. Nothing is close to being straight. I even brought in a level and square to show him that the walls where not straight. It was the cheapest way possible with as little care when doing it. Anytime an outside contactor was brought in to do the job, they were told to be quiet on the poor quality of the construction and to just make it work. . When I asked questions they informed me, they were told to just do it as quick and cheapest way possible. Even the painters were told to just slap it on instead of doing it correct first. My master bathroom shower was installed incorrectly and I had to tear it out and replace all of the tiles due to a slow leak which appeared a year and half later in the downstairs ceiling. I had mold and found out that they had put in the wrong board around the tile and basin wasn't sealed correctly for a stall shower. It cost me an additional $7000.00 to fix a problem which could have been done correctly the first time..
Stay far away from this company.
