Great! Came first thing on Monday morning and the job was complete in little more than hour. If I could give them higher than an A, I would grade them higher. Came as soon as I called, price was reasonable, cleaned up after themselves and left me with a new, totally reliable commode.

The concrete flooring had to be jack hammered out so the plumber could install drain lines and a below grade sump system for the waste. This was because the basement floor was nine feet below the grade of the main drain line. Once all new components were installed new concrete was poured into the open area. Once the concrete was set up they installed the toilet and pedestal sink to the water lines and waste sump system. The job was completed in two days. Jim Hatchett Plumbing did a excellant job, all their people were very professional and the job was completed for the quoted price.
