Exterior Painting
from start to finish was a pleasent experience was prompt gave estimate explained in detail what would be done and did exactly what he said he would do. Cleaned up after themselves crew was very respectful and curtious.was very pleased with the finished work.

Pressure Washing
Gave estimate and described crew that would be doing the work, said he would supervise the job, but I never saw him. The 2-man crew used the 'more/harder is better' method of pressure washing and some paint came off the trim, but they didn't seem to notice or care when I pointed it out to them. Picked up after themselves except for a few cigarette butts. Paid what was estimated, but didn't honor newspaper ad discount - said he already discounted the estimate price. House came completely clean, I just felt they were a little rough.
