HOLLINGSWORTH HEATING & AC

Description of Work: Mr. Hollingsworth put a new AC unit in at my home August 2016. My AC unit was hit by lightening. He decided he would not the same size AC unit in that I had. He put a 2.5 ton when I had a 3 ton. There was an insurance claim filed. I paid him upfront. He did not have to wait for insurance to come through with payment. Since day one the AC unit has not kept my house cool. When it is 83 degrees outside with very low humidity, the AC will only keep my home at 74 degrees. The old unit(same brand name) would keep my house at 60 degrees if I wanted it that cold at all times. I immediately called him back the very next day and told him something was wrong. He come to my house and said"you don't think this is cold enough?" I told him no, I told you before you put this unit in that I liked to keep my house COLD. He said he turned the fan speed up and that would solve the problem. It did not. I called him several more times and all he did when he came was argue with me. Then he decided that we needed to speed more money an re-insulate out attic. I told him that the insulation that we had in our attic was just fine 2 days ago when the other unit was running. What happened to my insulation between 2 days ago and today?? He just wants to blame me for the AC not working. I finally had to call him back this year because my 1 year labor warranty is almost up. He came and did the exact same thing. Argue with me about our insulation and tell me now that no body keeps their AC unit any colder that 78 degrees. He argued and argued until my husband had to step in and tell him to leave our home, he had listened to all the arguing he was going to listen to. He has refused to do anything about putting a unit in my home that is too small or just not functioning correctly.
