"Lee, we are sorry that the cleaning we provided within your budget did not meet your expectations. While we originally quoted you $50 per your request, a quick walk-through of the house revealed that there was much more to clean than we had discussed over the phone, hence why we asked for $75. Regardless, we honored your $50 quote and spent 2 hours cleaning all of the blinds, window sills, closets, kitchen cabinets, and bathrooms. Going forward, you may want to consider that such an in-depth request will require a much more intensive clean (and a larger budget)."
