They inspected the brake pads on my son's truck. They showed me how there was less than 10% of pad left.
They had the new brake pads on quickly. It was great to have this done on a Saturday, when I did not miss any work

Took van to the dealership and was quoted $875 for the same work. This company has serviced my Ford Taurus, Ford cargo van, my daughter's Honda and Mazda. They are always courteous, have told me when I need to take the car to another shop, charged me a fair price, and had it ready when they said they would. They are also a Goodyear dealer.

After getting "new" tires at a different place we experienced a leak in one of them and another one popped. We bought another tire and got one repaired from Sylva Tire. They did a much better job than the first company, were a lot nicer, and a lot cheaper.
