When I called to make the appointment, I asked for my older dog to be sedated to get his nails trimmed because he is very excitable and it is traumatic for him to get his nails trimmed.  Plus, he's almost 100 pounds, so it's just easier to do it that way.  The lady on the phone told me that would be fine.  But when we got there, she had told no one, so when I asked about it, an older gentleman berated me and told me I should have come in HOURS before because that's not something they do and pills take time. He was extremely rude and condescending.  I told him I would have been happy to do that, but I was not told that.
My poor dog never got his nails trimmed because the vet couldn't figure out what kind of sedative to give him and then when she finally chose something, it didn't take.  The people at the front desk must have had a horrible day because they didn't smile when we came in, they were curt, and this business doesn't even have a computer.  It took so long for her to write down all the information my previous printed out for me to take.  It was just a mess.  The lack of communication at this vet, not only from my previous call days before, but when I asked for all their shots to be updated.  The woman at the front didn't think I meant their bordetello shots, so she had to run in and tell them to add those shots.  Why didn't they ask?
I just moved to this county and I'm praying the other vets are better than this one.  It was very disorganized and the people were rude.

They are so wonderful here. My family has used this vet for years. We have had gone through losses of animals, emergency treatments, and routine care over the years, and every employee here has bent over backwards to provide quality care for our animals. It's evident they all love animals and love their careers. Everyone who works here is kind, polite, efficient, and knowledgable.

I have been using this vets office for years. All employees are very nice and very loving toward my dog. You can tell they truly love what they do. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!
