The installation went well enough. During installation and inspection they informed me that the torsion/winding bar and springs were broken (not working properly). We discussed the additional repair. They told me they had to order some of the parts and estimated about a two-week delay. Two months later, I emailed them several times and left a message on their business phone (supposedly automatically forwards to cell) trying to ascertain what happened to the 2nd job. They never returned a phone call or the several emails I sent. This company apparently either does need the business or they are just very unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company. Good Luck!

Provider answered the phone promptly and came out a few hours later, right on time. He replaced the rubber barrier at the bottom of the garage door (mice were getting in!) and pointed out a broken hinge on the garage door that would have necessitated another call within a few days. He replaced that as well. Overall, we were very pleased with his promptness and professionalism (and reasonable charge!) Would definitely recommend.

I called on the weekend expecting to leave a message. Richard answered the phone and made an appointment for that Monday. Monday he arrived and gave me two options: to repair the existing unit or replace it. We chose to replace it. His installer was out the next day and installed the new unit in a few hours. Very happy with the service and would use him again.
