Lovell did great work on my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. He listened to my needs and provided the best possible solution with skilled execution. His pricing is correct for the quality of service he provides. I will absolutely be contracting Lovell for additional projects in the future. I will also recommend him to others seeking a highly competent Electrician.

I was charged for 18 hours of labor but Lovell was on the premises for less than 10 hours. He tried to charge me for a multi-man crew but he was alone. He was upset when I was not satisfied with him wiring a 4-function heater/fan/vent/light to a single-function switch. He lied when he claimed to have fixed a splice when he never touched it. He left a horrendous mess for me to clean before the other contractors could continue. He charged me for items he purchased (ear pods, flashlight, hat, switches, relay, etc) that had nothing to do with my project or were for himself. He failed to seal anything he installed on the outside of the house allowing for water infiltration. I could go on!!! I had used him before and he is NOT the same. His quality and integrity no longer exist in the slightest. Lovell Webb is a disgrace to himself and a disaster to homeowners.

Lovell is AWESOME!! He is the first contractor we have ever worked with who called exactly when he said he would, showed up exactly when he said he would and charged exactly what he said he would! His communication was just incredible. He would outline in email amd on the phone exactly what he was doing so we were always on the same page! Did I mention he called and showed up when he said he would? The work was great and I could see exactly how much was labor charge and how much materials were. I wish he did plumbing and wood work too! I would use him for everything! Super kind and great for high- maintenance clients!!

Well if you hire these guys you will not be sorry! They communicate with you very well and they are just all around nice men that will do the job and do it the professional way!

Webb Electric did an amazing job installing new lights in our home. The guys were considerate ensuring our house stayed clean by putting on their shoe covers and covering work areas, always wearing their masks, answering all questions and helping with everything they could, and always leaving our home clean and tidy. Price was competitive and they were able to come out quickly. We will be using them again, highly recommended!

Kept me informed on when he would be here. As he discovered problems with our electrical system, he showed my husband what they were and gave his recommendations. While the basis of our problem was on Duke Power's end, he did some repairs to things on our side that would strengthen the power company's repair and keep it from failing on our side. Was very happy with the service he provided.

Excellent experience with Lovell Webb. Showed up as scheduled and work diligently to complete the project. The finished product looked great. Inspector noted how good his work was, and Lovell came out as soon as he could to make adjustments the inspector required. Would definitely use him again.

Lovell Webb is on time, efficient, has a ready laugh, knows his craft very well, and strives to make his customer happy. He had a big job to do updating the electricity in a 62 year old house. He added outlets where there were none. He figured out convoluted wiring and brought it up to code. He cleaned up after himself and stayed in touch with me the many days he was here for the job. I will hire Lovell and his team again for all my electrical needs. I highly recommend him!

Oh my goodness!! I would give these guys 10+ if I could. Their work was excellent. I called them to do the electrical wiring, etc that was required for a dishwasher installation where there had not been one before. Then I kept asking if they could do other things - like fixing four receptacles that didn't work, and to put a plug on a garbage disposal that just had straight wires on it, etc. They took care of every request with a smile. They even removed the cabinet for me, where the dishwasher was to go. Besides all that, they were so very considerate of our property. . .even asking before taking a paper towel from the roll. It's been a long time since we have hired someone to do work and were soo happy with all phases of their service. Their hourly rate was waay more reasonable than the most, and they were such fun guys. If you need an Electrician - L.WEBB Electric is the guy to call.
