This provider was very helpful and professional in changing all of the locks on my parent's property while I was out of town. Without knowing the circumstances he did a thorough job and helped in a difficult situation and was patient with the process of dealing through an estate attorney for payment. The property had been abandoned for many years and was in bad shape so he needed to have extra safety precautions while doing his work with some damaged wood around the property entrances.

Locksmith arrived on time and completed job. He sounded somewhat resistant about correcting one of the locks but I think he will come back if necessary

Representing my client as a real estate agent, I needed a key to gain access to a new listing. DC locksmith came over to service my client immediately when I called. I was quoted a price over the phone; however, when work actually began, the locksmith discovered that there were TWO different brands of locks on one door. He had to work twice as long, and make double keys, but stood by his original quote.
