Catamount Tire

I would say that overall, it went well. I have been there 3 times now and usually they will service your car while you wait(Implying you go in the morning and the repairs are not extensive). They have good prices on tires and can even sell blemished tire and used tires. In fact, I bought 2 new from tires and one was a "Blemished" one. This just means the letters on the side got messed up at the factory or something. Normally the tire I bought(Cooper Discoverer AT/3) is $103 but I got it for $75. My friend also bought some used Goodyear Integrity's for $20 bucks a pop used. The employees are friendly for the most part and seem to be honest. They have been truthful with me as far as I know so I would recommend them to a friend(Which I did). They can even replace spark plugs on a Ford Escape/Mazda Tribute(This is no small feat for these engines). They also do safety inspections as required by NC but they only do "Safety" not emissions because Jackson county only requires "Safety" inspections. This is a relatively new shop as it opened up in January of 2013. Like any new shop they are still working out the kinks and most employees/mechanics are in their 20's. This is not a negative though, all of their mechanics know what they are doing and have treated me well. Overall, a good place to go if you want cheap quality work done.
