Dry Cleaning Service
They ruined the dress. It was a black and white dress. The black was faded and had run into the white. The white had black spots as well as areas that were lighter and splotchy.
When I showed them, the counter girl was very apologetic and professional and said the owner would call me. He never did. After numerous attempts to get a response I received none. They have a policy for damaged items but did nothing about it. I asked for at least at minimum they refund what I paid to have the dress cleaned and they refused. I have never been treated so badly by a service provider. This was the second item of clothing they destroyed, but this time it was an expensive and favorite dress.
I do not recommend anyone use this dry cleaners. They clearly do not know how to clean the clothes nor do they honor their customers.
