Made an appointment without issue, Bobby was on time, two problems fixed, & cost was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

Trigleth showed up in a very timely fashion, did all the work in a professional manner! The charge for the service was very reasonable, he even checked out some other issues - we would definitely use them again.

They came same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. Super nice guys. Will definitely call them again.

After reminding Mr. Trigleth twice to call me to set up an appointment, he finally arrived to do the work at the agreed upon time. The work itself was well done and to my liking. However, after he left I noticed a large dent in the bottom front of my washer which he had to move to complete his work. Apparently, in putting it back in place, he created this damage which caused the tub to hit the front of the outer shell, interfering with its operation and making a very unpleasant sound,
Luckily, the machine repaired itself, popping the dent most of the way out. It works fine now and makes no odd noises, but my 2-year-old washer looks like I bought it used. I have not contacted him about this problem since it has mostly resolved itself, but I would have appreciated it had Mr. Trigleth showed me the damage before he left and made some offer of compensation.

Mr. Trigleth presents himself well. He is a very neat, clean, and nice-looking gentleman. He introduced himself, came into our home, and I took him to my kitchen. Almost immediately he found the problem. He went out to the truck, retrieved a saw, returned and had the sink repaired in no time. I am somewhat handicapped, and he was so nice as to wipe the surface clean under the sink. He went out, sat on the porch, prepared my statement, and came in. He said he was only charging me for a service call and it would be only $95.00. I paid him and thanked him for his very quick response. Rather than rushing out the door after getting his money, we talked for a few minutes. It came up about the fact that swimming pools are not really built with the handicapped in mind and not for those that need water therapy in general or following a particular surgery. Not even and quot;wellness centerand quot; type pooIs take any of this into consideration. There are no ramps nor other means to aid people getting in and out of a pool. He totally agreed with me that this is a factor that all pools should be required to fulful. I told him that I had found him on Angies List. I also told him his wife had told me that since I had used Angies List I would get a discount. (I didn't really get all the details from her, which I should have done.) He said he didn't know anything about that; that his wife handled that kind of stuff, so I told him that was ok. I haven't called her about the discount; not sure I will inasmuch as was very satisfied with Mr. Trigleth and his work, but whenever I need him again, I will ask specifics about the discount. Every penny does count. I would highly recommend Trigleth Plumbing. I don't believe you will be disappointed.

Performed plumbing repair

I have used Trigleth Plumbing twice in the past year; last fall to do some work on an outdoor shower and last week to install a shower curtain rod into glass subway surround tile. While the work performed was completely satisfactory, what is most notable about Trigleth is how responsive they are - calls promptly returned, confirmation of appointment, and work quickly performed. That level of customer service far exceeds my experience with some other local service providers (e.g., I initially contacted another local plumber for the outdoor shower work who after not returning calls for a couple of weeks finally told me that he would be there to do the work the following day. The next day produced no plumber and no telephone call).

He's done multiple services for us. He does very well. He has put in plumbing for a vanity, sink and shower in a small bathroom as well. I've told many people about them. They are considerate, efficient and on time (if not they always lets you know).
