I have been working with Taylor Made for a property in Emerald Isle for two years, and they have been excellent to work with. Kyle is very reliable, thorough, and generous with his time. He and his team have consistently exceeded what I would expect to ensure our systems have been taken care of and are always working properly. They were great for a pump replacement, an irrigation line repair, a new controller install, and now maintenance.

Your calls get answered and they arrive promptly when scheduled. Kyle is equipped with the knowledge and tools to resolve your lawn irrigation and system repair or maintenance. Service is professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

He repaired a broken pipe. I asked him to check and fix the sprays patterns and to change 1 of the sprinkler heads to a hose line. The sprinkler heads either overlap, hits the house or miss areas of grass. I also think he removed a sprinkler head instead of replacing it. At one point, I walked out to ask him a question. He flipped the back of hand at me and gave me a dirty look. He was listening to someone on his phone which I did not know. He left soon after.

Kyle had to order a part but he knows exactly what the problem is and he the sprinkler work the first time. He s a very nice guy showed up on time.
