Technician by the name of Corey came to my house on 11/19/21. He was definitely on time. Very courteous. Pleasant attitude. Did an excellent job. This is definitely a professional company. Nothing but the best. Woild definitely recommend to someone and will definitely call them again. Was very pleased with their svc. Corey was awesome so kind. Was pleased with the price also. It was same day service, they were punctual and polite. Having never had a home with carpet so therefore never having used a carpet cleaning service, I thought they would move the furniture, but they went around everything on the floor. It was a small job and all the stains were gone! Some did return the next day, but not sure why. Again, my lack of carpet experience.

The guy who showed up to do the job was very nice and on time. He explained the process and got to work. He was there roughly 40 minutes. The process was ineffective. Every spot that was on the carpet when he got there, was still on the carpet when he left. Nothing came clean.

I'd use them again. Two young gentleman came to my home exactly on schedule. Thoroughly cleaned every carpet and rug. Amazing job, prompt, fast courteous. I was impressed and would hire them again.

I received an online quote for a VERY small home (4 rooms and hall = $160). I think the price was too high for the area and the stains were not completely removed. Technician claimed it was high traffic areas but he was completely finished with my entire house in about 20 minutes. The stains may have been better removed with a little more attention. I had to get it professionally cleaned per the rental company.

The job went well. They came on time and did a really good job. We called them, they scheduled the appointment and they were here on time. They did what they said they were going to do and they charged me what they said they were going to charge me. We just thought that they were very professional. The work went really well. They were good on price.

I scheduled my appointment on stanleysteemer.com. They had a special of about $99 at the time. Someone from the office called (I think the day before the appointment) to confirm. I asked them to call me when they were on the way so that I could leave work in time to meet them at the rental; they did. The man who did the cleaning was thorough and efficient. The carpet came out beautifully, better than when we moved into the house. The detergent they used also smelled light and fresh, not perfume-like, which I really liked. I was perfectly satisfied with the results and would definitely use Stanley Steemer again.
