Eye Care Center – Swansboro

My husband went here 8/10/2020 and ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. Total cost was almost $600 paid in full at that time with cash. Dr said she would have glasses in 3-4 days. The next day staff called and said they were wrong it would take 28 days. 2 days before Labor Day we called and were told another 2 weeks. Well today 9/29/2020, they called and said glasses were ready for pick up. They were the wrong glasses, wrong lenses, and the wrong prescription. After 2 months of patiently waiting this is what he got. Dr said to take that pair and they would get me a new pair ordered. They don’t even fit are you serious? Finally he asked for a refund, and the Dr said fine she would put in a request and refund would be mailed in about 3 weeks. I don’t even know what to say at this point. I am pretty sure that we are going to have to take these people to small claims court just to get our money back. Unbelievably awful experience

Excellent visit! Been a patient of Dr. Siegel for around 20 or more years. She has even seen me after hours one time when I got something in my eye.

She is very good.  She figured out the problem with my husband’s eyes right away and advised him to change his mask.  Her office staff is just precious.

Dr. Siegel is really good, involved and informative.  One other thing is that she is really local.  We are anxious to see more and more professionals move into this area.  We used to have to go to Moorehead for medical care, but in the past 3 years, we've see more medical professionals open offices here. My husband will continue to see Dr. Siegel.

She is very thorough. She sits down and explains things. I am very happy with her.

She is excellent, and I have been going to her for probably 20 years. I would rate her highly and would continue to use her in the future.
