Auto Body Work
I took my Jeep Wrangler to them to have the fenders painted to match the body color. They agreed to do the job and did not mention any possible problems. But when I received the car back the fender color did not match the body color. They told me it was because the fenders were made of rubber and took paint differently (they did not mention this when I dropped off the car. They are the paint experts and (IF IT IS TRUE???,) should have told me when I dropped it off or called me prior to their starting the job). After some protesting on my part they agreed to repaint it and said that this time they would have it computer matched and that would make the color closer (why they did not do this the first time I do not know). When I received the Jeep back the second time the paint was almost the same but still not a perfect match. However, there were two large runs in the paint. They offered to take it back a third time and fix it but I done with them at that point.
