Cape Carteret Aquatic & Wellness Center, has a boot camp class, that I attend to on Friday mornings.
I really like the instructor, she is awesome, really good.
I get a really good workout, I don't leave feeling like you got an okay workout.
"Thanks Member! Your instructors name is Polly Johns. She is SO dedicated to her workout program, that her daughter and husband both take her class! She mixes things up and sometimes the class even goes outside! You might like to try Kelli Koenig's class on Wed at 9 am . It is a similar type class. Also the 5;15 M/W/F step class has been packed!"
