At a free tire rotation and balance visit, they noticed my brake pads
were just about gone, showed them to me, explained the issue, and
discussed the cost up-front. They had new pads on and my tires rotated
and balanced in about one hour.

Scott at Battlefield Tire provided an estimate far below what we had been quoted elsewhere. During service several of the spark plugs broke off and required additional work, but he honored the initial quote and during service, he checked and fixed several other small items at no additional charge. We have used Scott on numerous occasions, and have had him recommend against dealer recommended service if it wasn't required . He can definitely be counted on to provide great service quickly and with honesty and a level of integrity not often found.
