Several of the trees hung over my home. Jeff's crew did a fantastic job of safely and efficiently removing everything we needed cut down or back. They walked the property with us both during our consult and the day of the work. They were timely and very professional. All debris was removed and my yard left clean. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them. Thanks Jeff!

Performed the work while we were not there, so he sent me pictures of the end result. Looked fantastic and you couldn't even tell there was once a huge tree there.

Jeff and Joanna are such nice people to work with. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job and we'll definitely be using them again.

The company came to my house as agreed to for a free estimate. They listened to my needs/wishes and provided a clear estimate.  An appointment was scheduled quickly after I decided to accept their estimate.  They arrived on time on the scheduled day.  They performed all of the work agreed to, and even did a bit of extra tree trimming for me.  Cleaned up and removed all of the debris. The final price was actually a bit less than estimated.  Absolutely Professional Services did a nice job and I would recommend the company.

Great!  Jeff and Ian were on time, communicative, efficient, and professional.  During the 5-6 hours they were at our house we had a few conversations to clarify our intentions and Jeff was sure to confirm we were satisfied prior to payment and departure. Final charge was consistent with estimate. We loved that they use a retired fire department ladder truck. A conversation starter in the neighborhood for sure!  I highly recommend and will patronized again in the future.

Excellent communication with owner and office. Excellent equipment. Courteous. Cleaned up all debris on our property, neighbor's property, even the street. Would give them an A plus.

Jeff Gillette has a platform fire truck that can reach out to 85 feet. Plus all of the proper equipment needed for tree removal. Was on the job site for two hours. I will recommend Absolutely Professional Services to any one! Outstanding company!

Went well. Professional, responsive.  Removed all debris. The only negative:  They forgot to move a picnic table back to its original position.  Had we called, I have no doubt that they would have come back to move it.  They had put in two long days and Jeff was leaving at 4:30 the following morning for a pro bono job out of town so we moved it our selves.

The men cut down 6 dogwood trees, ground them up and cleaned up very nicely.  They were very reasonable in price, reliable in time and very professional in their manner.  I will use them again.

Trees and vines had grown so dense around our beach rental that mildew was growing on the siding and all the windows were blocked by branches. We were putting the property on the market and needed to improve its
curb appeal.  Joanna from APS came made an appointment to come out and look at the work we wanted done.  She showed up on time and we walked around the property and I pointed out certain trees and branches that we wanted taken out.  I also described the end result we were looking for and asked her to do what was necessary to achieve that.  I told her how much we were  willing to spend and what we expected for that budget. 

Now, as it turned out, my wife and I had to get back to our home in Maryland, and so we weren't going to be on site when APS did the work.  We were a bit concerned about that, but we had no choice.  A few days later Joanna emailed us with full photographic coverage of the work that APS did and we were so excited.  They had done an incredible job!  Suddenly the house was covered in sunlight! All the trees and branches that I had specified had been cleared away and in those areas where I could only give Joanna an idea of what I wanted, they had done exactly what needed to be done and when the invoice came it was right on budget.  We could not be happier with the job Absolutely Professional Services did for us! Especially considering they were doing it without our direct supervision.  Their name really says it all, they are Absolutely Professional.

They were good. They were very professional and didn't waste any time so I wasn't paying for them to sit around. I didn't have any complaints.

The job was done quickly and ahead of schedule. The fun part was that they have a fire truck that pulls the chipper. They also arrived with another boxed-in truck to take the chips away and a skid-steer to go through the yard with, thus not harming the lawn. The job was done efficiently and as promised. Everything was cleaned up and taken away.

Both Jeff and Joanna were very professional and friendly. The job was done efficiently and as promised, plus we got $50.00 off for finding them on Angie's List! We would not hesitate to use these folks again and highly recommend them to anyone that need to have tree work done.

They had them cut down, chopped, and cleaned up in half a day.  They came in at their estimated price.  They are very polite and considerate.  Anytime I had a question about something they were doing they would answer politely. We just can't say enough about them. It's a family owned business and are very knowledgeable about their work. The only downside is they don't take the stump out.

It went pretty quickly. It took them all day because we had a lot of trees to remove. The only problem we had was the truck was too big for our yard and left divots in the yard. When they left they left the mounds from the stump grinding. They said they would go down. We left them there for a year. We took a shovel out there and leveled them out. I would use them again.

How amazing to finally get someone that returns my call, shows up when they say they will, and actually charges a reasonable price. Also, I don't think I have ever seen anyone work so hard in my life! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From the professional estimate to the extremely well-done job, I was totally satisfied. And, the 7-story fire truck they used was a big hit with all the kids in the neighborhood; me included.
