He came and gave me an estimate. He took fifty percent of what was supposed to pay him and I never saw him again.

The first task (involving adding new concrete) went well. The second task did not go well. Required several attempts at resealing, and is still in need of additional resealing, but owner will not answer phone calls and, in effect, is refusing to make the situation right.
