Everything went very well. We had a leaning tree that we felt could fall soon and they worked us into their schedule quickly. They were very efficient and had a large oak down much faster than I expected. None of our delicate plants near the tree were damaged.

Absolutely great. Shortly after we called, Pat arrived to give an estimate and also noticed another tree that needed to come down. A date was set, crews arrived on time, and quickly and efficiently cleared away the logs and brush. In the last few years ,Newcomb has done several other jobs for us as well as for our neighbors. All of us are very satisfied customers and will not settle for anyone else. From initial contact to paying the bill they could not be more professional. prompt, reliable, experienced, courteous and do great clean up, too. They are THE BEST!

Went well and I was upset because I didn't realize what the stump grinding would look like after it was done. The manager came out and explained to me what was done and why and I was satisfied with the explanation.

Very professional and efficient. We feel they went above and beyond, recommended removing a couple of additional trees, which we approved, and upon payment were surprised to find that we were not charged extra. We would definitely hire again, and anticipate needing them next year for some additional clean up.

Ultimately, we were completely happy with the work and the price.

They did a good job. They worked for a day and a half, which was the estimate. They gave us a daily rate and did not charge more than quoted. We felt it was fair. We had to remove three trees that would grow into a problem for the roads from private property and they gave us great estimates on the time it would take so we could bill the cost to the residents. The estimated time and cost were on the nose. We did ask for a couple of adjustments at the end of the job and they complied.

Was recommended these guys by a neighbor. Price was great, team was efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. Had to take down one very large tree, then a handful of smaller ones, as well as trim a lot of branches in contact with our roof. Highly recommend and would use again.

They did an amazing job, even better than I had hoped for. Cleanup up nicely. Protected the driveway and property. Fast too. Two days for all this.

They didn’t harm the building at all. They cleaned up after themselves and came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do and charged me what they said they were going to charge me. I don’t remember how much it was, but it was very reasonable.

They did it all in one day. They took the trees down in a safe manner, disposed of the trees and cleaned up themselves. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it. I can rely on them to stick to their estimates, because they have done other work for me before. They are the only people I call. The trees were 50 feet tall and 4 feet in diameter and was right by our house. I was not scared at all, because I know the quality of their work. 



They give me very fair estimates and are very prompt in giving those estimates. They come when they said they are going to come. They are very professional in what they do. They do exactly what they say they are going to do, if not more. If they see a problem on the site that needs to be taken care of, they take care of that and wrap it into the original price if it is minor work. They work quickly and efficiently. Safety is first! I never worry about them hurting my buildings. They clean up after themselves as though they were not there, except the trees are missing. 

The trees were partially hanging over the house and were dropping needles all the time into my gutters and clogging them. So I was having to have my gutters cleaned  4 or 5 times a year.

They trespassed and made a mess on my property. When I arrived home, they had equipment and tools laying out all over my lawn and a pile of logs in my driveway. They used my concrete retaining wall as their workbench. Their saw leaked bar oil and left several oil stains on the concrete. They promised to clean it with oil dry but did not. They snapped off a survey marker and then illegally replaced it by guesstimating where it went without the supervision of a licensed surveyor. If you want to start a feud with your neighbor, these guys would be an excellent choice.

They arrived on time. Even though it started raining, they did not stop until the job was finished. They cleaned up the mess before leaving. There estimate was on target. We will use them again.

These guys are the best - we  could not be more pleased with their services.   Personable, professional and highly competent HARD workers that cleared our creek of fallen trees that potentially would cause flooding in larger rainfalls.  We will continue to use them as the need arises.

They showed up when they said and all of the workers were very courteous and competent. They had the equipment and crew needed to complete the tree work in one day. They cleaned up very well. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to everyone in our neighborhood homeowner's association.

This was an example of outstanding professionalism!  After half of a huge tree came down in a mild windstorm I was in a panic to get the remaining half removed before any further damage could be done.  Pat responded to my distress call quickly, arrived shortly thereafter to assess the situation, agreed it was an emergency, and within a couple of hours arrived with a full crew and all the necessary equipment to do the job.  I was amazed at how efficiently and quickly Pat and his team worked to safely take down the very tall (and very rotten) tree and to remove the massive amount of debris from the earlier fall.  Everyone on the crew was respectful of my property - the garden plants, the newly installed gate, the lawn, etc. - and Pat is a veritable artist with the Caterpillar.  He and the team were impressive from start to finish.
This could have been a disaster of major proportions for me, but only one day after Newcomb did the job I can barely tell that anything unusual had occurred in my yard.  I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Newcomb Tree Service to anyone in need of this type of expertise.
