terrible. it took over 2 weeks just to get a person on the phone (they did not even have a way to leave a message on their phone). I had 2 Angie's List employees working on my side and only after they finally got a hold of him was I able "to schedule an appointment" for the following week. the afternoon before my "appointment", he called to cancel it and said "he was unable to reschedule at this point - it would likely be months before he could come". Since this was a "Big Deal" bought through Angie's List, I was given a refund promptly.

I bought the 'special' and was contacted by Donna in the office. It took about 10 days to finally nail down a date due to inclement weather and then fit my small job in and amongst some larger projects but once I got a date I was called to be updated as to the time they would be arriving and true to their word Corey & Dillon arrived on time. They were very professional and went over the scope of the job let me know they all the necessary supplies asked me for what I had purchased in advance of their arrival and they got to work while I was busy else where in the house. One hour later they announced the job done and indicated that there was a problem left over from a previous contractor, I gave him an extra plug and he exchanged it for me going over the hour limit by a few minuets. They had already cleaned up and there was no bill. I thanked them both and I will recommend them to others in the neighborhood and definitely use them for other jobs that come up in the future. They are both polite courteous and excellent workers, a benefit to their boss and company.

They completed the work quickly and for a fair price.

I purchased their 2 hour service offer. They contacted me right away and came to the appointment on time. The two electricians that came, Corey and Dillon, were nice, professional and fast! In a little over an hour they fixed/installed five electrical problems. I couldn't be happier!

It went well. They assessed the project, made the installation, cleaned up the mess, and were gone in a couple of hours. They were professional, courteous, and good to work with. I would hire them again. I will have some outside lighting to install in the spring.

Grinstaff Electrical Team was expected late Monday afternoon 10/12/2015 since Doug was working us in on short notice. The team arrived before lunch. They ran about 50 ft of 10 Guage 3 strand wire to replace old 12 Guage 2 strand wire for hot water heater. They fished the wire from basement to first floor where circuit box is located. The installed a new circuit disconnect close to the new on the new line. Both workers were polite and efficient. Very good job.
