I locked the keys to a rental car in the trunk and was referred to Blue Ridge Lock & Key by another locksmith who didn't do vehicle locks. The locksmith at BRL&K was courteous, reassuring and professional. He was busy on another job, but after determining that I was in a safe location, advised me that he would arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived within that time frame and got me into the car within 2 minutes. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.
