Fuel delivery: Nov '16 and Aug '17 - the delivery occurred during the week requested. Jan '18 - I called and scheduled a delivery for the following week on Dec 29th. As of Friday Jan 5 at 4PM no one had shown up so I called again. I was on hold for 30 minutes. Finally talked with a rep who said they had been running behind due to demand then assured me someone would be there by midnight to fill the tank. No one came. Tried calling on Saturday but they will only take a call if I am below 10% in the tank, otherwise call Monday. Tank is just under 30% . Add LP line: Estimator arrived on time and made cost and materials estimate. We accepted and scheduled a date to have the line run a week ahead of the generator install. Two days before the install no one had come out so we called. They kept trying to reschedule 2 weeks out. This was unacceptable and we got a commitment for next day with county inspection to be the following morning. Next day arrived and late morning an independent contractor showed up to install the line. During estimate it was clear a Ditch Witch or similar tool would be needed, but he did not bring one as he had only been told to be here that morning and was not given any details. He was able to locate and have delivered a Ditch Witch by afternoon and he struggled mightily with it since it was pretty worn out and threw the chain constantly. He finally got the ditch dug and line in and sealed for the overnight pressure test about 8PM. The contractor worked heroically to deal with the lack of planning at Blossman, the poor rental tool brought by Blossman and meet my scheduled and committed generator installation (another contractor) and inspection (county) dates.

Wonderful service. We had never had a propane tank. We moved from an area with natural gas lines. Blossom helped educate us how propane worked. They returned calls. Showed up on time. Couldn't be happier.

i had called the company we had used for the last 3 years.  they were requiring a credit check, despite previous deliveries and could not deliver for 10-14 days.  (we were totally out of gas)  
Blossman delivered the next day and had a better price.

They are fine. We use them for our propane service. They are reliable. They are knowledgable and are respective of our property when filling our propane tank.

Were able to fill the tank within a 10 day notice. Price per gallon seems to be a little high.

The pilot switch and control knob on the propane wall unit we inherited when we bought this house were not working and we needed to replace the entire unit. We also wanted a remote control feature on our propane fireplace and needed to replace that unit in order to do this. Blossman had many options to choose from, their sales reps were patient and knowledgeable and guided us to the right equipment for our budget and needs and the installation team were prompt, courteous and efficient. All this was done in a break in the frigid weather WNC had in January 2014 and we're grateful to have these new heat sources that will work when and if the electric power goes out.

Took five days to get someone out for the required inspections. Took another full week before propane was delivered. Initial phone call was fine.

I haven't had any problem nor have I run out of propane.

Have always been prompt with scheduled refills. Not much contact but have always been courteous when in contact. Would recommend.

Blossman had the best price in town! I had to submit an application and once that was processed, the delivery was scheduled and promptly came to my house the next week.

The price was increased from $107 to $170/mth. Being on the budget plan does place your account in priority status with this company.

NO FOLLOW UP!!!! Came to fill tanks but truck refused to cross bridge even though it has been servicing the same address for the prior owners for over 10 years
Went to show room to discuss heating and water heater needs - very nice but again NO FOLLOW UP!!!

They were excellent. They did a great job. I sent a letter to the president of appreciation of the great job they did. The letter I sent them was used in their company publication. They were very helpful to me. I was very pleased with them and I would recommend them for anybody. They are highly responsive. They are very conscientious in what they do. They make sure the job is done right. If I call them for a follow-up they are right there. It went well. Towards the end they were a little bit slow in getting back to me. They kind of start really well and as the months went on I had to remind them of certain things. But even that, they still did a good job when they came out. They are very reliable. Some of my propane spilled over the fireplace and they were there and they would send things out for safety issues. They were good on that.

When they refill my tank, I never have a problem!

Once the HVAC company completed the propane conversion Blossman's service tech took no time to finish the job.
