The service was excellent. Juan and Dave had the install done in a shorter time than I thought it would take. They were professional and very friendly. They met with us after the install to ensure we were comfortable with how the door works and let us know about the cool mobile device app. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a garage door or their many other services.

I was impressed with this firm. We put in a new garage door and added an opener for our church parsonage. They provided us with a reasonable estimate, provided good advice and were very professional all the way around. Followed up with a great door installation and again a very professional installer. Excellent. Jim knew what he was doing and explained everything well. Did exactly what he said he would do and the door works better now than it ever has.

We heard a loud noise around 11pm Sunday night. After walking through the house we went into the garage to find the cables and spring had broken/snapped. Monday morning, unable to raise the door (after releasing it) we realized that we and our cars were captive (no work today). I called Asheville Garage at 6:50am to see when they opened and left a message. At 8:05 my call was returned (great customer service) and a service tech arrived at our house (in Mars Hill) before 9am! You can't ask for more! Again awesome customer service (immediate call back when opened), quick response (a service tech sent out asap) and we were "released" before lunch. New springs, reset cables, safety check and lube and it's back to work again.....tomorrow.

What a great company. They were able to do our job quickly and were very professional. They called when they were running a little late which I greatly appreciated. They are very fair in their pricing and charged exactly as I was quoted. Juan and Randy, who came out to our home, were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

The company returned my call promptly and scheduled the service for a time convenient for me. They arrived on time, went directly to work, and replaced the broken spring quickly and professionally, replacing the two small original springs with one larger, heavier-duty one which should last longer. They did not try to "upsell" me on any additional work. The door now works fine, perhaps better then it did before. The cost was very reasonable. I am very pleased, and will use them again when needed.

This is a very professional company. We called and they came out exactly when they said they would. We selected one opener, but after a few days, we determined that it was too noisy. No problem with these folks. They came back, replaced the unit with another, and all we paid was the upgrade cost between the two openers. That was more than fair, since the original choice was ours. They obviously care about customer satisfaction and provide experience and expertise in their technicians. They showed us all operating aspects of the new unit, which is so quiet, you can barely hear it.

Owner, David Hall, had about a 20 mile drive to my residence. He was very punctual, friendly, and efficient. In fact, he had installed the garage door system when the house was built in 1993. How lucky was !!! I could not have asked for better service, and I will call him again if I have another problem with this old system. David is an honest, class guy, whom I would highly recommend!

Our garage door came off the track.  Two men came within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.  They repaired the door and then adjusted the springs and tension and lubicated all moving parts.  The door works great.

Monday May 4th, 2015:  Mr. Hall's crew arrived on Monday and replaced all needed materials to repair the garage door.  They also added an outdoor key pad for me.  They were prompt, courteous and efficient
