Furnace: Forgot to replace filter, left dirty filter outside unit AC: Filled unit with R22. Did not return my 2 phone calls asking when he had filled unit with R22 previously. We discussed various possibilies for long term solution. $330 I can only assume he didnt want my business anymore.

Charles arrived on time (he told us between 10 and 11, and he arrived right at 10) and went straight to work. He was able to figure out what was going on with our water heater and fix the problem in a very short amount of time. He cleaned the unit and was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend working with Allen's Heating and Cooling.

This is a family business (father and two sons). They were very very pleasant to work with, came when they were supposed to, worked hard all day and met their projected timeframe, cleaned up after themselves, and explained the system to me.

I was pleased with them. They did a wonderful job. It was excellent! They showed up right away and they were very professional. It is a father and son team and they knew exactly what they were doing. They were really knowledgeable. Their clean up was fine. In fact, they brought in towels to walk on. They made sure to keep the area clean and they didn't leave anything for me to clean up. They took all of their boxes and trash with them when they left. Their price was excellent. They came in the next day, but still if I had been in a hurry they probably would have fit me in and they came across town to get to me. They were here right when they said they would be here. They were professional and friendly, they were very personable, and good listeners.

What a pleasure to do business with people who are so knowledgeable,professional and honest.  They knew exactly what they were doing, were organized and had the right parts and tools with them, and quickly got the job done.  They also cleaned up after themselves. 
I'm planning to upgrade my heating system next spring, and will ask them for reccomendations and a bid.
