One of the worst experiences with a contractor ever. Unresponsive to e-mail and phone calls. Demo work drug on for months. No promised dates were ever hit or even close. Roof repair was 2x usual cost, had to be redone 3 times and is still not right. Trim removal left holes in drywall that was not to be demo'ed and tore up the walls. Removed hardwood floor which was to have remained and sanded. Used owners coffee make and left coffee and grounds to grow mold. Turned on water that owner had turned off because of freezing temperatures causing pipe burst. Failed to seal off kitchen as agreed so all cookware and surfaces are covered with construction dust. When invoice for work done to date was finally produced (3 weeks after promise date) invoice amazingly matched the original deposit to the penny, but amazingly had no breakdown of materials, just inflated labor rates. These guys are just there to take advantage of the people with hurricane damage.
