Crew arrived on time and worked non-stop for seven hours completing the project as described in services provided in this survey. Once those tasks were completed, they cleaned the yard, driveways! The cost of this day's work with multiple workers was very reasonable. I plan to use Red Tail annually...great tree service experience.

We were very pleased with Red Tail's service. They were very professional and went above and beyond cleaning up. They responded quickly to our call. Will definitely recommend them to family and others.

It went wonderfully, far better than we expected. They gave us a written estimate, the only one of six bidders that did. Their price estimate was the second lowest of seven bids, and it was far cheaper than we had estimated. However. we selected Red Tail based on their description of how they would do the job. They were very careful while bringing down trees not to damage anything. We aked them to take down a few branches that were threatening our roof, but they far exceeded our request by taking down a lot more than we had pointed out. Before leaving,, they thoroughly cleaned off the entire area;,including blowing off our roof, our driveway and street. All or their workers were very polite and cooperative. Kevin Millar came by and gave us a fair estimate for removal of overhanging trees that were a danger to our house and removal of a dying tree. He and his very friendly and professional crew returned on the day he and I had agreed on.
Did wonderful and amazing work and even more than was agreed on. Kevin climbed up trees and cut and lowered limbs with speed and agility. Truly something to see how skillful he was . Then they cleaned up and chipped the limbs ,raked and used a leaf blower to finish the job. When they left you couldn't tell they had been there except the trees looked great. Will hire Red Tail Tree Service again. Kevin was very knowledgeable about all aspects to do for the care of trees.

I was recommended to them by a neighbor. They came in and finished the job the next day I called them. They were very prompt. They did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up after the job and I was very pleased with their services. The owner came in once before the job and he came in again after the job. He called me after a couple days to ask me if I was fine with the job done. He was very professional.

Three days after we agreed on the start date Kevin and his crew arrived to start work.
They arrived at the agreed hour and worked all that day and the next. On Saturday they came back again to do all the remaining work and the clean-up of the property.
All of this was no mean feat since the the site of where the trees were taken down had no access to the street so all logs, cuttings and debris had to be manually carted to the chipper which was parked in the street.
After they were finished they cleaned up the property and left it as though nothing had been done at all.
I cannot say enough about the quality of the work performed by Kevin and his crew and I am sure I will be calling them in the future to do more work for me.
