Wilson has been coming to my house for 13 years on an annual basis for termite control. They have given me excellent service. On several occasions I had other pest problems which they promptly took care of. Several times there was no extra charge.

We paid to have everything done such as the inspection and all that then we pay a renewal. They're a local. He did everything he said. He was very patient with me because it took me a year to decide. The price is fair compared to anything else.

It went really well.

It was very good, I haven't had any problems. There was none I didn't like. They came and sprayed and she got in the crevices and did some crevice stuff, she was fine and she got it done and was out of here. They didn't charge me anything because I live in the condo and they did the whole condo stuff. The quality was excellent.

I highly recommend this outfit if you have pets and are concerned about the environment. they use high quality products. they also give great advice on how to keep pests away without using nasty, harsh chemicals. *secret tip: we have copperheads in our neighborhood. Wilson and sons suggested using cheap moth balls laid out in a perimeter to keep them away.

This is a wonderful, family-owned company and they always do what they say they will.

They stapled it down. Clay is pretty hard. It's beautiful. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. The neighbor had it done too. I thought it was a good sales pitch from the guy. I was really pleased with the price.

We had a few estimates. We chose him based on the blame. When he came out to implement the plan, he wanted to cut corners. I felt that he was lying to me. It felt like a bait and switch. So, that was pretty annoying. They have to check for termite baits four times a year. They don't come to my door and bug me. They do their work. My house hasn't been eaten yet. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them. I'm kind of stuck with them. They're doing an alright job though.

We have a rental property too, for which we use them. Their prices are competitive with others. They give you upfront information and give you a price. If the price goes up they hold good to the lower price.

He stated that people are having such a problem with ants right now and he wanted to get it taken care of right away. They are very nice and professional. They are always prompt in their response with coming out.

I am in a condo project. I don't directly hire but they have the contract for this area. I'm very impressed with what they do and how they do. They set termite traps. They are obviously high grade. If you call and say that the landscaping people knocked a trap out of the ground, they are right there to fix it. They are very nice and responsive.

The guy that came out was very professional and nice. When he looked under the crawl space he did say it was a little bit damp. He said they could put the plastic down for us for a price or it would be cheaper if my son and husband did it themselves because it wasn't a difficult job. They didn't try to over sell. They also offered to do our little vents under the crawl space, he said that we either need to be more proactive about keeping them open in the summer and closed in the winter because it was damp or they also had vents that were temperature controlled and closed and opened depending on the temperature. I really liked them except when I first called them it went to a voice mail. Then I checked somewhere else and found another number and I got the same recording. Finally I got a hold of them and they said someone would call me back that same day and they didn't. That annoyed me a little bit, but once they finally called me then everything was great.

They are always timely. They take their shoes off before they come in so they don’t make a mess. They do a good and effective job, and if the job is not effective, they will come back for no charge. We spend $85 for quarterly pest control, which I think is fair.

Great job! The inspector, Nathan Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly as well as thorough. He even inspected some nearby wood piles and landscaping structures outside for various pests and small animals (moles, voles, chipmunks). Despite finding some wood boring pests in a nearby wood pile, NO PRESSURE AT ALL to buy a service contract or expensive termite control system , but they do have a new customer for life!

I have used this company for four years. Throughout this period of time, the same service provider has treated my home. Prior to treatment, the company sends me a post card. Then, I call to schedule a date for the service. The company is very flexible in working with my schedule. I do not have any termite inspection with the contract. If I so desired, there would be an additional fee.

The service provider showed up on time. Upon completion, he provided an explanation of the services provided. Each year, I am provided with an informational packets to communicate their services and approximate schedules for treating a home.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE A LITTLE OVERPRICED. I JUST DON'T THINK I GOT MY MONEY'S WORTH. I WANTED TO KNOW BEFORE THEY CAME FOR THE 3 MONTH TREATMENT, BUT THEY WOULD SHOW UP WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW, DO THE JOB, AND LEAVE A BILL ON THE DOOR.

They have been excellent to work with. They call routinely to set up the quarterly appointments and are very accommodating with the times they are available. I have recommended them to friends and family and plan on using them in the future.
