We hired this company to do some interior work, and we’re very happy. But we also hired them to build a pool house outside our backyard. Ever since they built it every time it rains it floods. When we called them, they asked us to “go outside the next time it rains to see if we can find where the waters coming in“. Twice this happened when they were asking us to troubleshoot this problem. We got another contractor out to take a look at the situation to talk about solutions, he took a look at the workmanship and told us quite frankly that whoever built it originally should have built a foundation for the back portion of the building, and that it was obvious corners were cut.
