Quality laid the stamped concrete patio but there are two sections that failed to stamp properly. The retaining walls were installed without rock or drainage. This causes water to flow through the walls onto the patio and into yard. We now have several washouts, and our landscaping behind the walls is eroding. The caps on the retaining walls were supposed to be glued down but they were not. The firepit was supposed to be round and encased with fire brick. The firepit is not round - its egg shaped. The fire brick was never installed (even though it was paid for). The area surrounding the septic cleanout fitting was not level with the patio; there was a hole around the fitting. Electrical conduit was supposed to be installed per our contract, it was not. The patio is extremely slippery when wet. I tried to contact the contractor but he will not return phone calls and he was paid in full.
