Large job. Willie talks a good game but does not deliver at all. He installed 3 concrete slabs and graded them. He and His crew were argumentative and disrespectful. They got upset when I did not want my main slab sitting 8ins above my grass line. The grading was not done well at all and will cost me to fix. Not experienced with using a skid steer. I asked one of his workers to leave after they threw an empty 40 into my woods. If you want a good job that you have confidence in do not use this company.

Jenkins Concrete is excellent. We hired them to replace a wooden porch and gravel walk to a concrete sidewalk and porch to improved accessibility for my parents in Lenoir (We live out of state). Willie was timely, professional, and responsive in everything he did. He provided ideas for aesthetics and drainage that we had not thought of. And he went above and beyond in coming back to help replace heavy furniture on the porch so that my dad did not have to do it. We could not be happier with the results and would give more than five stars if we could.

We hired Willie Jenkins to put in a 30' x 40' concrete pad for our garage. He stayed in contact with us and gave us a fair estimate. They came in put in the roughed in footers and came back a week later and poured the concrete. Very efficient and respectful! The job is done and it looks amazing. We will definitely be calling him again for more work!

Hired them to extend our patio and add a walkway. Very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. After the work was completed, we noticed a drainage issue near the walkway after heavy rains. Contacted Willie who immediately came out to assess. He fixed the issue ahead of my expected time table by replacing a section of the walkway and adding a drain at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company for future needs.

There are a lot of reasons my wife and I would choose Jenkins Concrete again. Our home needed the last 16' of driveway replaced due to a bad concrete patch that was gradually sinking. When they provided a price quote, Andrew and Steven addressed all of our concerns about the process and provided a price that was reasonable considering the material, labor, and expertise involved. They were able to schedule the project much sooner than expected â within just a few days. The whole process was seamless, they were able to complete the job and give us the beautiful driveway we've been waiting years for. I very much appreciated their work ethic and attention to detail as they worked diligently in the summer sun. Besides delivering a great product and experience, Andrew and Steven were very amiable and made writing this recommendation easy.

We hired Willie and his crew for our concrete driveway and front porch. Excellent communication and got the job done in no time! We went through 4 other concrete services who did not follow through with us but he fit us right in and got the job done. He was very patient with me due to me having lots of questions and wanting specific work done on our front porch. He even came out about a week later to put another coat of sealant over our front porch at no extra cost because the color was not exactly what I wanted at first but after that second coat everything was met to my expectations and I would defiantly hire again.

Good communication, and did not need to wait. Fit me right into schedule. Went over price up front and put in all the costs. Delivered a great job at a very reasonable price. Little clean up needed after they left but cannot complain. Hire them!

Mr. Jenkins was responsive, courteous and friendly. He really takes ownership of his projects. He juggled his schedule to make time for for my patio as I was in a time crunch. His team was professional and worked diligently. He even offered to put in an extra pad for my basketball hoop. I think one of my neighbors even hired him for a job while he was completing my patio. Sidewalk was placed above ground which I have never seen in my life, neither has anyone else that sees it. Looks like he made the walkway and brought it in and laid it on top of the ground. The old sidewalk was left under the new sidewalk. There is a drainage problem due to a downspout which was discussed with him the day of the quote. He said he would fix that. He placed a small 2 inch pipe under the sidewalk, dug a small hole at the end of each end of the pipe. Now water stands in the holes every time it rains. I do not recommend this company He will not work with us to fix problem.

Mr. Jenkins and his crew were very professional and did their job diligently . Our patio has become the envy of our neighbors and friends. I will highly recommend him without reservation . Great job!
