Tony and his crew did a wonderful job! Tony work with us and explain every thing before it was done! I would gladly recommend his Big Dog Roof to any one that need a roof!! Very pleasant person! Thank you!!

Tony came out and gave a very detailed estimate on replacing a flat top roof. He sat down with me and discuss each item of the estimate and also what he expected to find once the existing roof was removed. He also explained what would be additional charges such as wood repair. I had several companies give me estimates. Most of them wanted to hand you an estimate and did not want to explain any of it to you. Tony was one of two that wanted to sit down and discuss his estimate. After getting all the estimates, it was between Big Dog Roofing and another larger company out of Greensboro. The decision to go with Big Dog Roofing came down to the fact that Tony would be installing the roof himself rather than a crew I had never seen or talked to.
The actual install went very well and finished up a day earlier than I expected. When they arrived they where ready to get to work. The first day involved wrapping the fascia, which turned out great. The second day involved removing the old roof, making some repairs and installing the new TPO membrane. Because the weather forecast changed between the first and second day, Tony brought in two extra guys to speed up the job. As it turned out the rain held off, but better safe than sorry. Because of the additional repairs, the final price was slightly more then the estimate; but that is why they call it an estimate. I would definitely recommend Tony and Big Dog Roofing. I was very pleased with the overall job and had no complaints.
