The weeds in our yard kept getting worse and worse and I called to let them know we were canceling our service because the treatments do not seem effective at all. I left voicemail but never got a call back from anyone in the office. No one ever followed up with us about how to work together to make the yard look good. Very poor customer service and rude.

Their prices are reasonable for the services they perform. I have been a customer with them for about 2 years now. The workers have been very good.

From the time Mark came for an estimate until the work was completed, everything was done in a very professional manner. His quote was very close to the final bill and only went over a little because I added some extras to be done. All of the workers did their jobs and did not mess around or take multiple breaks. I could not believe how hard they worked the entire time they were here.

I spend around $150 a month on average and that depends on what they do. They are consistent, do a good job and provide good service for the money I pay.

We have quite a big yard, both front and back. There are also many trees and bushes that were very overgrown and not properly taken care of by the previous owners. Many bushes needed to be cut down to the ground in order to stimulate new growth - without doing this, they were dying on the inside. The crew worked for about 3 hours in the morning, took a lunch break and unloaded the first load at the dump, and completed the job after a couple of hours in the afternoon. Everything looked great when they were finished and we hope that we have prevented any trees/bushes from dying. We are so pleased with the work performed.

It went well. I wasn't even home when they came to perform this application, but they always leave me a note when they are finished. We have been thoroughly satisfied with this company. We had moved into our home in May and the previous owners had left it unoccupied for about a year - unfortunately, much was neglected, especially the yard. Trees and bushes were seriously overgrown. Our lawn, both front and back, was covered with weeds and looked as though several times of grass were used to grow it. A suggestion was made to completely kill the front lawn and basically start from scratch. It was a gamble, but one we had no choice. The process worked and we have a great looking front yard. We will continue with our service agreement with this company.

They are good. I have a good relationship with them. It is consistently a good job at a reasonable price. I feel like I get my moneys worth for they work they are doing.

They do a good consistent job. They maintain the lawn well. They always show up on schedule and on time. They also ask us to see if we want any extra services done before they do any. They are pretty consistent and reliable.
