He did a good job. They were good all the way around, and I would use them again in the future.

I called him to do some guttering but when I called him again for gutter work he said that he was doing deck work now. He was excellent. He did what he had promised to do; he did on the day he promised to do it and did a great job.

During a building renovation project, which included extensive wood repair, changing from alkyd to latex paint, and the installation of new gutters, John's crews coordinated with the painters to remove the existing gutters, then put up the replacement gutters as soon as the painters were finished with the fascia. His crews did an excellent job and were very polite and professional.

He came out and evaluated the issue. I had water pooling on the lower terrace during heavy rain. His recommendation was to try a couple of things until we found the correct fix. He first determined that the existing gutters were working correctly and were clean. Then all the drains were checked and determined to be working correctly. He came out numerous times during the rain and after the rain to evaluate the terrace. He sent out a carpenter to do the repair once he decided the best solution. John and the carpenter were very polite and professional. He did not invoice me until we were positive the issue was completely resolved, which was after a couple of heavy downpours a few weeks later.
