The AC did not start to cool again. Found another provider who replaced the fan and the fan motor for a very reasonable rate.

Replaced failing part on home ac. Recharged ac and replaced thermostat.

The lady who answered the phone was very nice and scheduled an appointment the following week.  The service man was right on time, even though I found out he had a 45 minute drive to get to my place.  He checked everything and said I did not need any additional services or adjustments.  I have a dual system under my house and I know that he crawled all the way around checkking everything

Norris came out three years ago and diagnosed some problems in the system and did repairs for $500. Three years later, the evaporator coils in the Goodman heat pump that were replaced are leaking again due to Goodman Mfg. making such cheap parts. No fault of Norris HVAC. I called Norris HVAC two weeks ago. Mr. Norris talked with me about my interest in a new HVAC system for 45 minutes. He made an appointment to come and give an estimate and never showed up when he told me he would be there. I am looking to spend $6000-7000 on a new system. I would think a company would want to show up and get the business. But since he is a no-show, I will not be using them again for any repairs or replacement.

We had a mix up on the date of sdervice but the next schedule, they were right on time.  With both the owner and thye technician that came out, I felt I got good and honest advice because in each case, the final recommendation was the lowest cost option.

They are excellent and very affordable. They believe wholly in customer satisfaction.
