They were quick to respond to the request for service.The cleaning was good but they missed a lot of areas on the staining and the work on my dock was awful. It was sloppy and many areas and support poles were missed. I called them back and they did some work but quit short because of rain. They have not responded to my requests to complete the job.

The guy hired was Ken Reddick. He power washed and stained my fence for $1000. The power washing was fine. He lied on the staining. When he finished he told me I could not see a difference because it was clear/natural staining. He said he did 2 coats and it would last 3 years. I noticed mold after a few months and should ve contacted him then; but my crazy work schedule made me put it out of mind. 18 months later my fence is all mold. This guy is a liar!

"I tell every customer if you have a problem with any of our work to contact me we will take care of it. I don't make the stain I just apply it. Company says it last 3 yrs that's what I tell the customer. There are many factors for stain durability ...weather...sun... I don't control that. If you get a year with much rain. It will remove quicker. I tell all customers that clear sealant is not long lasting you need a coating that gas some pigment to fend off if rays and better water protection. I believe she didn't want to pay the extra for the better coating.. If she had a problem all she had to was call.Complaining about a service without contacting the contractor does no good in taking care of your situation. Answer...she needed the better product for the best durability."

We hired this Pro. to paint our deck and put new trellis around the deck and paint , He showed up promptly to give us a quote, and the price was good for all the work, He was to come on Saturday to do the work at 7 30 am, we phoned twice he showed at noon, He did one piece of the trellis and did a good job, but one piece of the wood was crooked and he said he could not do it, he would just paint the deck, He ran out of paint, so it was half done, The owner said he would come and finish the painting on Sunday at 7.30 am, We left for Church at 9am and he wasn't here, When we came home it was done, but not to my delight, we will have to paint some of the deck railings again I can see the old color, He gave us the paint left over and dropped his price a little, would not hire him,The owner is very pleasant, but that does not get work done, I am sorry Mrs Jennie B.

"I believe miscommunication led to clients unsatisfaction of work. The lattice she purchased was of poor quality. I didn't want to take a chance a make a bad situation worse. So I told her it be best someone else can install lattice.She scored value of work 4.5. Was courteous and express my apology of her not being satisfied."

After speaking with Ken initially starting with his visit to get a quote regarding the Deck service. First he came as promised (on Time), we then discussed what steps would be taken inorder to get the job done which he explained fully including the price. Secondly we scheduled a starting date and again on time. To my surprise the job was completed which I was in AWE. The job looks quite well after completion.

Ken and his team were great to work with! He was very responsive in quoting and completing the project. Very friendly and doesn't pressure at all, just shares what he thinks is the right way to do things. He came out a couple of times to discuss what the best plan would be for the project, and due to some weather factors also came out weeks later to put some final touches on the project to make everything look perfect. I highly recommend Ken, you won't be disappointed.

These guys were great. They were able to give me a highly competitive quote on the first consultation as well as advice on the type of products that would be best fit for our project.
