Shoddy and Slipshod work. They came and when they closed the pool last fall they took the pool out of its accompanying bag, put the pool cover on the pool and threw the pool cover bag on the side of the pool deck. Didn’t bother to put the bag in the crawl space. My spouse wanted to have them come back as in the past they were good and we hoped that the slipshod work was an aberration. Unfortunately, the bad work and bad attitude continued upon their return to open the pool in the spring. When they came back to open the pool, they took the pool cover off, balled it up and threw it right in front of the door of the crawl space. They made no effort to fold the cover properly and return it to its bag. I later found a metal piece of the cover left on the pool deck. They then told us that the timer was broken and thus they couldn’t start the pool pump. Ten days later a workman reappeared with a plastic replacement timer that looked like part of a child’s toy. It looked nothing like the metal digital timer that it replaced. I asked the the pool tech to explain how this thing worked and he simply said “ just move the levers”. I I would not recommend anybody use this company. Not only are they rude and unprofessional but have the gall to charge premium prices for sub par work. I was charged Close to $300 for a pool opening that could’ve been done better by my 4 year old nephew. I was charged another $300 for a very cheap timer that looks like it could fall apart at any time. At one time Lake Norman was very good, now they are horrible. I had planned to have them do the maintenance of the pool but I have since found someone else. I will never use them again.

I've been using the services of this company for nearly nine years. They're not cheap, but they're honest and thorough, and offer sound and objective advice. I've never been disappointed with their work, which has included water testing, pool chemical sales, winterizing and spring openings, and installation of major equipment such as a new pump and heater. Highly recommended.

The lady on thr phone asked me lots of questions about the light because she thought it might need a new gasket as it had water in it. Thinking the guy coming to repair it might bring a new gasket. The guy dismantled the lamp, didn't attempt to clean it until I told him too and then proceeded to refit it using silicone glue. The light worked and he left. $95 for silicone ? The light lasted all of 10 minutes before it stopped working later that evening. I called them back and instead of a refund he wants to sell me another lamp for $1000+ fitting ! Disgraceful service. I won't be using them to replace my liner later this year. Avoid like the plague if you have sense.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They have helped me get the chemicals in my pool at appropriate levels again and my pool looks great!

They have done a good job. They are really helpful. You can talk to them and they will tell you what you need done. They are real reasonable, do not pressure you, and will work with you.

There were a few problems in the beginning and they worked through those problems flawlessly. They were very good to work with. I hold them in high regard. They have been very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, they are excellent. They are very prompt and we never have any problems with their service. They are also very nice.
