Family owned and operated since 1965. We believe in providing you with an estimate upfront prior to work being done, and will only make recommendations on services you need. We feel that with adequate information you are better equipped to make the right decision for your situation. With a minor trip fee of $79 in our service area, your business or home can have a professional solution saving you much more in the long run. We accept multiple pays such as Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards (excluding discover and AmExpress), Paypal, and even offer special financing for "larger jobs". Payment would be expected at the time of service, or if you prefer to pay upfront, we do accept payments over the phone.

"We have had a long history with the customer at this address who is not [Member Name Removed] We have been to this home 13 times since 2012 which is all the history I have in the newer computer system. Only one of the calls in that time frame was for the kitchen sink. We have been to the house many more times than that in the 30 plus year history with this customer. Two of the calls to this location were at no charge. I have contacted the customer at this location and she said that everything was fine. If there is ever a problem with our service, all we ask is for the opportunity to make it correct."

The reason I gave B's on two issues was first, when I was scheduled we had a bad freeze in the area. I realized that many people had frozen pipes and they most certainly needed help first but no one called me from the office to reschedule. They were just a no show. Secondly, office response on rescheduling was poor. I kept getting an answering service and had to wait for call backs. I had almost given up when David himself called me and stated that he was in the area and would I be available. Unfortunately, I had a doctor's appointment that day and was not going to be home. He, himself, rescheduled and did show up on the appointed day.
