Description of Work: SANDED, STAINED, AND FINISHED OAK FLOORING IN LIVING/DINING ROOM, TWO HALLWAYS, AND THREE BEDROOMS. REPLACED QUARTER ROUND MOLDING AND THRESHOLDS WITH MATCHING OAK.
