They were punctual and quick. They were good.

They did an excellent job. It took about four hours to complete the job. The were very professional. They took care of everything. They came in and were careful of the furniture and made sure to clean up after themselves and get the job done.

Excellent. I was about ready to write this carpet off as a total loss, and they made it look almost new. I mean, the carpet has to be around 20 years old and has had two sets of children raised on it. David and John were able to come do the estimate the same day I called, and had I not had a schedule change, they would have been able to do it the next day. I found them in a coupon pack that was sent to me, and there was a printing error on it regarding the whole-house discount. They honored the discount even though I told them it was ok. You've got to hand it to an outfit that'll take that loss and still do a great job.
