 + -1 moreHE COULD NOT EXPLAIN THE WORK HE PLANNED ON DOING AND I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. I TALKED TO HIM ABOUT THIS OVER THE PHONE AND AT THAT POINT HE SAID HE DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE JOB.
