I've always taken my animals there, they have just been great. They feel the same way most pet owners feel, they arent pets they are family members.

They are credited in everything. For what they did the price was more than reasonable. Their staff is outstanding and their doctors are outstanding as well. I am just treated very well. My pets are treated very well. They do go above and beyond. I can tell you that I never have any worries when I take my kids there. My cats are my kids. I don't have human kids and they understand that. They are very accommodating. I have had several emergencies in the last 2 or 3 years. I am down here in North Carolina and I am telling you hands down; they are there prepared and ready to help me no matter what. I am thankful that I found them. I came from Pennsylvania and I have been here in North Carolina for almost 3 years since the end of 2010. I met Dr. Gaither who is the doctor that I go to up there at Animal Hospital Of Statesville. She showed me their facility. They are very consistent and friendly. Every year I have to take everybody up for their checkups, shots and everything else. They are just so consistent with their care and their friendliness. It is just comforting to know that they are there for us. I have had several emergencies with couple of other kids in the last 2 or 3 years and that was nerve-wracking. Dr. Gaither was always in contact with me and her staff was also in contact with me. I couldn't have asked for better care for my little ones. That's a God's honest truth.

They are very people-oriented. They do what they need to. They are very personable. When we had her stay for surgery, it was done so efficiently that you cannot see a scar. She hasn't had any major difficulties.
