Next the tile he did was absolutely horrible. Little pieces cut out with huge gaps. Tiles not even at all on the floor. I took several pictures just to make other's aware of the poor work he does. .I paid him $140 up front, and was going to pay him the other when the work was completed. I discussed with him my dislike of the work, and the issues i had with him still wanting me to pay him the additional money for poor work. He also ran out of tiles, and said he would get more. He would bring me the reciept. He would stop by as he does alot of work in this area, my schedule wasn't even mentioned. At this point i said i'll pay you when you get back and complete the job. In no way was he hearing this " I have a contract and whatever is on the contract is what i get.:". Needless to say, the $40.00 i had to pay to put my dog in daycare due to his being late. I ended up paying the money because i just wanted him out of my house. He still insisted i pay him for the things he didn't do, like install a lock on my shed. My neighbor and i just did it in 10 minutes. Truth be told after seeing the horrible tile job, in no way was i going to let him do more around my house. . Basically he was here for about an hour and got paid $280. Must be nice to make $280.
To really top it off, i i paid him the $140 to get him out of my house, because he was becoming very agitated. I called the bank to put a stop payment on the check, and go figure he had already cashed it. Please be aware, do not use this company.
