Musical Instrument Repair, Piano Tuning
Before we had our piano refinished and re-worked, I was concerned that our piano might be so old that it wasn't worth fixing. After talking with Mr. Phipps, I was reassured that we had a quality piano and that for a price less than a good new (or even used) piano we could have ours redone. The young guys who moved the piano did a great job; they were on time, careful and professional. The piano looks beautiful and sounds so much better than it used to!

HE DIDN'T FOLLOW UP. HE SUBBED OUT THE JOB AND IT TURNED OUT HORRIBLE. HE SAID HE WOULD COME TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND HE NEVER DID. HE WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE MY PHONE CALLS AFTER A WHILE AND NOW I HAVE A PIANO THAT LOOKS AWFUL. THE FINISH IS BUMPY, UNEVEN, AND DISCOLORED. IT IS COSMETICALLY RUINED.
