LANCER INC

I called Lancer several times. On the first call, the receptionist was pleasant. I asked to speak with the sales manager, who, I was told, was not in her office. I left a message asking that she return my call. When she did not contact me, I called again several times and the receptionist became less and less pleasant. Finally, the receptionist said, “look, the sales manager does not speak with retail customers. She only speaks with dealers.” And then the receptionist ended the call. I still have the deteriorating sofa and a very rotten taste in my mouth for Lancer. I would NEVER purchase from Lancer again. I would NEVER recommend that anyone purchase from Lancer unless the purchaser does not mind wasting money on a sub-quality product.

They have never called me back and I wasn't nasty to them at all, I was calm and they were rude to me.

Lancer is only open the first Saturday of each month to the public and you do have to pick it up yourself, as they do not provide a delivery service. . I went there with my mom to look at furniture for her recently remodeled home. I was impressed with the quality and selection of the furniture available. This is not my first experience with Lancer. We have been buying from them for years. We have bought sofas, chairs, ottomans, sleeper sofas. All of them have lasted for a long time. We still have most of them. Their pricing is amazing for the quality of furniture that they provide. They are a hidden gem as far as I am concerned.
