VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND PRO-ACTIVE. TOOK TIME TO GO TO TILE STORE--WHICH HAD TERRIBLE HOURS--TO LOOK AT DISPLAY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. MATT WAS VERY DETAIL ORIENTED AND MADE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO IMPROVE THE LOOK OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT. VERY CLEAN AND THOROUGH. BACKSPLASH WAS FOR KITCHEN AND WOULD HAVE BEEN $400.00 BUT I HAD SEVERAL SPECIAL NEEDS AND A COMPLICATED PATTERN.
